November 27th– November 28th, 2026 (Friday-Saturday) – main conference sessions

The conditions of participation in the Conference:

  1. May 15th, 2026 – the deadline of sending the completed Form of Entry.
  2. May 20th, 2026 – information about abstract acceptance.
  3. July 15th, 2026 – the deadline of sending the article (the text of the paper, illustrations and the summary) and to the address of the Conference Office (e-mail). Breaking the above-mentioned appointed time will make the review of a text impossible and therefore the paper will not be published.
  4. October 14th, 2026 the deadline of sending the payment confirmation to the address of the Conference Office – (by e-mail).

300 EURO / 1 300 PLN, which includes:

  • Participation in the Conference.
  • Publication of the Conference article – chapter in the reviewed scientific book. English language.
  • Printed Conference book.

Full participant, Doctoral Studies
(cost per person / also applies to multi-author publications)

190 EURO / 800 PLN, which includes:

  • Participation in the Conference.
  • Publication of the Conference article – chapter in the reviewed scientific book. English language.
  • Printed Conference book.

Participant without publication
(cost per person)

160 EURO / 700 PLN, which includes:

  • Participation in the Conference.
  • Printed Conference book.

ONLY students of 1st and 2nd degree as free listeners are free of charge.
